Companion is a short film that follows a character who dons a helmet with mechanical arms attached to mirrors and lenses. The helmet functions to ensure a sense of security, but unbeknownst to her, the helmet also heightens her awareness. We learn she is being followed, and the identity of her follower is revealed as her alternate persona. The helmet is also a teleportation instrument allowing her to evade her follower and jump between disparate locations.
